 Contract Services for Clerk/Recorder’s Office Software System

PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The County of Amador is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide computer software and hardware, implementation services and ongoing maintenance, and support for a complete Clerk/Recorder’s Office software system to replace the current applications.  The new software system is expected to provide functionality in all areas within the office and be a complete replacement and upgrade of the existing system.  The system must comply with all Federal, State and local laws and ordinances as well as Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) fiscal management standards, appropriate technology related compliance and standards such as NIST, and provide the capability to electronically integrate with other business systems. The County anticipates entering into a three (3) year contract with the successful firm.

Qualified responders may acquire a proposal package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca

Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, December 7, 2017, at which time sealed proposals will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Proposals received late, will be rejected and returned unopened.  Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail proposals will not be considered.
